2015-16 Renovation Project
May 2017 Update: Due to recent significant and unexpected construction cost increases, we have had to reevaluate the scope of our Renovation Project. We will be proposing this amended resolution to allow us to move forward on our most pressing needs.
Annual Meeting Proposed Resolution I 2017-05-21
We are also proposing this second resolution to create a task force and authorize spending a small amount to investigate what it would take to make some upgrades to Conover.
Annual Meeting Proposed Resolution II 2017-05-21
WE DID IT! At the October 2, 2016 Special Congregational Meeting, Building Renovation Option 7 passed. The Construction Task Force, co-chaired by Don Wakefield and Tom Everitt is already in place and has started working. We should be breaking ground in the early spring and complete the renovation by the end of the 2017 calendar year. It is not too late to pledge, or increase your pledge, just complete the Pledge Card Form (http://allsoulskc.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/Pledge-Card-Form-1.pdf) and turn it in to the office. Minutes from the October 2 Special Congregational Meeting will be on line by the end of the month, once approved by the Board.
