Our next presidential election, in 2020, will mark the hundredth anniversary of women being able to vote in the U.S. The current one is the first in which a woman has been a major party’s nominee for president. A wave of revulsion and revelation has been sweeping the country in reaction to comments about how it is appropriate for men in power to deal with women. How does our faith call us to understand and respond?
