The Caring Connection’s mission is to provide short-term assistance and support to people in our church community by connecting those in need and those who can provide what is needed. The Caring Connection helps individuals and families experiencing a temporary challenge such as a birth, illness, death, or other crisis, by coordinating meals, visits, transportation, notes, or calls. Recent notices of significant life events are posted on the Caring Connection bulletin board, located to the right of the water fountain in the church lobby.
Our Caring outreach works because of the efforts of many people. The Caring Connection maintains a list of members willing to provide a service to call upon when a need arises. Most volunteer opportunities are brief one-time jobs. To volunteer please fill out a card, located on the Caring Connection bulletin board, and place it in the secure wall pocket underneath.
You may submit a concern or need confidentially by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by filling out a card, located on the Caring Connection bulletin board, and placing it in the secure wall pocket underneath.
