William Ewens | November 14, 1938 – April 3, 2021

Dear friends of Bill,

With great sadness we wanted to let you know of Bill’s passing on Saturday, April 3, 2021. He was the epitome of a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was a trusted friend, a hardworking professional, an avid traveler, a voracious reader, a talented writer, a staunch advocate for equal rights for all, a willing participant in new adventures, and a full-time believer in goodness. He was, quite simply, amazing. Our family is so thankful for all of the love and support we have heard from friends and family across the globe, we appreciate your kindness. “No matter where I go or what I do, I bring my own sunshine. – With love, Jason, Erin, Darla, Frank, Connor, Logan, Marleigh and Seraphina

Memories Shared

Sandy and Bill were members of a church sponsored discussion group, which is where I met them. We called ourselves SEEKERS. Sandy did much of the organizing until her health failed. Bill had difficulty hearing which limited his participation. He did continue to write thoughtful articles which he would copy and pass out at our meetings. It was sad that such a brilliant mind was locked behind a wall of not hearing. Bill was always kind and gracious. I am a better person for having known him.Don Dickey
